Deliveries will be despatched within 24-48 hours, with deliveries using either Royal Mail 48hr or DHL UK tracked service unless otherwise stated.
A tracking number will be sent, where available, to the email address or telephone number supplied on the order.
The courier will then provide updates on delivery using text and email services (you will be required to provide an email address and mobile number with your order to receive the delivery status updates).
You will be also able to see the status of your order through the "my account" tab, under orders placed where you will be able to see the tracking link.

After verifying all the data, we will send a carrier to pick up your package, or provide a pre-paid postage label for drop-off.
