Deliveries will be despatched within 24-48 hours, with deliveries using Royal Mail 48hr tracked service unless otherwise stated.
A tracking number will be sent, where available, to the email address or telephone number supplied on the order.
Royal Mail will then provide updates on delivery using text and email services (you will be required to provide an email address and mobile number with your order to receive the Royal Mail delivery status updates).
You will be also able to see the status of your order through the "my account" tab, under orders placed where you will be able to see the tracking link.

How do I return an item?

After verifying all the data, we will send a carrier to pick up your package, or provide a pre-paid postage label for drop-off.

If there is no justifiable cause for the return of the product, we will charge you the collection costs. Returns due to damage or manufacturer error will be pre-paid.
