Quality, Environment and FSC Policy
At HUGWORLD we are aware of the importance of satisfying the needs and expectations of our customers, as well as the importance of the environment and the activities that can alter it; Therefore, as a company dedicated to the design, manufacture, handling, storage and marketing of household products (perfumery and air fresheners) and cosmetic products, we put into play the necessary resources to ensure that our activity obtains public recognition through the establishment of a Quality and Environmental Management System based on the requirements established by the UNE-EN-ISO 9001 and UNE-EN-ISO 14001 standards.
Our Management System is based on the following principles:
- Quality and environmental management is a strategic element of the company's operations.
- We are committed to understanding our customers' current and future needs, meeting their requirements and striving to exceed their expectations so that they continue to trust us as their main supplier in our sector.
- We also undertake to plan our activities in such a way as to ensure the continuous improvement of our service delivery, the effectiveness of the Management System and our customer relationships.
- We will promote the training and awareness of our employees and those who work on our behalf and the necessary awareness of our responsibility in environmental matters, as well as communication with our suppliers so that they participate in our policy, establishing the best criteria for quality and environmental protection.
- We will communicate our commitments to quality and the environment to all our employees and to any interested party that may require it.
- Commit ourselves to ensure that our actions, products and services comply with established legal requirements as well as other requirements to which the organisation subscribes, including environmental legal requirements.
- We will create the appropriate working environment for staff to be involved in the achievement of the organisation's objectives which will be periodically reviewed to ensure their achievement and effectiveness.
- To protect and improve the environment, offering our customers the alternative of increasingly environmentally friendly services, promoting recycling, reuse and waste reduction activities and optimising the use of resources.
On the other hand, HUGWORLD is committed to meet and maintain the requirements specified in the FSC-STD-40-004 Chain of Custody Certification standard for the purchase and sale of FSC 100%, FSC Mix and FSC Recycled paper and/or cardboard boxes and packaging, by the transfer system and under the FSC 100%, FSC Mix and FSC Recycled categories, being these established in the documentation of the organisation's management system.
The necessary mechanisms are in place to ensure that the described policy is known, understood and put into practice throughout the organisation.
