Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general conditions of sale regulate all relations between:

HUGWORLD CRISTALINAS UK LIMITED (HCUK), owner of the Online Store (registered in England and Wales company number: 09893478) whose registered office is at Hyde Park House, Cartwright Street, Hyde, Cheshire, SK14 4EA.

And Internet customers ("the customer").

Before making any transaction, the client acknowledges knowing and declares to accept and his adhesion without reservation to the Terms and Conditions that HCUK has published in the Online Store at the time the client accesses it and clicks on the Accept button.

HCUK reserves the right to make changes to its website, policies and terms and conditions, including these Terms and Conditions of Sale, at its discretion and when it deems so. The applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale will be those that are in force at the time of placing the order by the customer. In the event that any of these terms and conditions is declared invalid, null or ineffective, such declaration will not affect the validity or enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.

PARTICULAR CONDITIONS OF THE PRODUCTS

The customer acknowledges knowing, at the time of placing the order, the particular conditions of the products indicated on the screen (name, price components, weight, quantity, colour, details of the products, cost of services, etc.) and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. The placing of the order and its confirmation by the customer materialise the full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of the products, only applicable to the order.

The customer acknowledges and accepts that the photographs showing the products are provided as an indication. The texts that accompany these photographs are the reproduction of information contained in the packaging or instructions for use. The customer acknowledges and accepts that the differences between the photographs and the products can only be minimal and do not affect the essential characteristics of the products, and the colour of the products shown in the virtual store may differ from the actual colour of the product.

ORDERS

The customer places the order by clicking on the "add to cart" tab. The order is added to a total that includes all the items confirmed by the customer by clicking on the button "I accept the general conditions of sale and make the payment" in the menu bar.

HCUK's automatic registration systems serve as proof of the nature, content and date of the order.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As mentioned above, the placing of an order by the customer implies the acceptance and unreserved adherence to these terms and conditions or to those that HCUK has published at the time of placing the order.

HCUK confirms the acceptance of your order to the customer via email. The sale will not take place until the company HCUK confirms the order.

HCUK reserves the right not to confirm an order for a specific reason such as the supply of products, a problem related to the order received (e.g. illegible document), an abnormal order or a foreseeable problem regarding delivery. HCUK will inform the customer.

HCUK has a stock of products that corresponds to the usual needs of the average customer (private, family). This applies both to the number of products ordered in a single order and to the request for the same products in multiple orders.

The invoice for your order may be requested, once the payment has been made and confirmed, by email sent to the email address: info@cristalinas.co.uk.

CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY OF ORDERS

The customer will choose the place and date of receipt of the goods at the time of placing the order, always in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. HCUK reserves the right to use all necessary means to deliver the products to the address indicated by the customer. Deliveries will be made in the United Kingdom on Great Britain and Northern Ireland, including off-shore islands, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands. International shipments can also made by prior arrangement to Republic of Ireland and others by email enquiry to info@cristalinas.co.uk.

DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries will be made within a maximum period of 8 working days. If an item is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will let you know and confirm the date it will be available again or propose an equivalent replacement product. The delivery is at the expense of the customer unless displayed otherwise at point of order, who must ensure that it can be made by HCUK at the place and date indicated by the customer.

SHIPPING AND RECEPTION COSTS OF ORDERS

Shipping costs amount to £3.50 (VAT included) for orders under £15 (VAT included).

Orders of an amount equal to or greater than £15 (VAT included) within the geographical territories above, will not be charged shipping costs.

Any event outside HCUK, such as, for example, without this list implying a closed list, force majeure, accident, strike, administrative decision or transport strike that delays, prevents or causes the supply to be exorbitant, constitutes the suspension or extinction of the obligations of the HCUK company, without compensation for the benefit of the client.

In these circumstances, the customer will be completely and automatically exempted from his obligations regarding his order.

HCUK will inform the customer through any appropriate means to the extent of its possibilities so that it can freely cancel its orders by response by postal mail or e-mail once notified of the event.

When the delivery of the goods to the customer cannot be made due to the latter, the company HCUK reserves the possibility of invoicing him for preparation costs of £15 (VAT included) plus the corresponding shipping costs.

SHIPPING COMPANY

Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail during normal office hours. Select the address where you are delivering so that someone can receive the package. HCUK retain the authority to change the logistics provide at their discretion.

PRICE

All prices are indicated in £ GBP and include VAT. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by HCUK. Payment for products and services is made by any of the accepted payment methods in a secure environment of our provider's server. HCUK retains ownership of the products until the customer pays in full the price of the products and services.

PAYMENT

The products ordered will be delivered after payment by debit/credit card, PayPal or Bank Transfer.

PERSONAL DATA

By making a purchase the customer accepts the processing of their personal data by HCUK, without their consent we will not be able to manage the order. For more information on the processing of personal data you can access our Privacy Policy.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

The customer will benefit from the legal guarantee of 2 years on products sold that are defective. All our products are designed and manufactured with the greatest possible care. However, the warranty will not be valid if there are failures or damage due to improper handling, lack of maintenance or care contrary to our instructions for use. The customer must consult the appropriate instructions and recommendations found in the mode of use provided with the product.

If the customer observes defective products, contact must be made to the Customer Relations Service at the email address info@cristalinas.co.uk, by mail to Hugworld Cristalinas UK Limited, Hyde Park House, Cartwright Street, Hyde, Cheshire, SK14 4EH or by phone on 0333 789 0130, within a maximum period of two months from when he became aware of said error within the legally established warranty period.

In any case, any return must be made by providing the purchase invoice, the receipt sheet and deliver the products in perfect condition with their original packaging. Otherwise, the returned goods may suffer the corresponding depreciation.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires material possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing Customer Relations Service at the email address info@cristalinas.co.uk, by mail to Hugworld Cristalinas UK Limited, Hyde Park House, Cartwright Street, Hyde, Cheshire, SK14 4EH, providing us with your name, your home address, your telephone number, and your e-mail address, your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement, as well as the receipt sheet that was given to you upon receipt of the order.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of the right of withdrawal is sent before the withdrawal period expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

You must return or deliver the goods to:

You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. In the same way, you must provide the purchase invoice, that was delivered to you and deliver the products in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Otherwise, the goods delivered will suffer the corresponding depreciation.

You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
